- → Content does not contain malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components
Age Restrictions and Requirements
Our services are intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.
Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Hub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Local Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- 1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- 2. Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- 3. Any content obtained from our services
- 4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Local Hub in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
Force Majeure Provisions
Local Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or other force majeure events.
